So in 2024/25 I asked people, 'tell us something you wish for, a thing that concerns you and give us a good idea'.
Short smartphone video interviews shared on blog and local social pages. 50 interviews averaging 500 views each, 25,000 views in a community of 10,000. A great pilot template for communities to connect. Simple technology using phones to shoot edit and post.

The venture began by telling friends about it, and it grew from there.

Once I’ve edited your video I’ll share it with you privately so you can ask me to change anything before I share it onto our community facebook page, and as part of my blog bazcaitcheon.substack.com and YouTube channel
… If you decide eg in the future you don’t want your video available in public, I’ll take it down. It’s your story, you have control over it.
This is a personal project, to share people’s thoughts and ideas, help us reflect and connect, what unites us is bigger than what divides us. I’m seeking a cross-section of people to take part, it generally takes 30-60 mins of your time, I’ll work around your availability and come to you if that’s easiest.
