(1) Video Production
Bazzacam video production is costed in four ways:
(1) Shoot days or part thereof
(2) Editing hours needed to sign-off
(3) Expenses (if any eg flights) and third party suppliers (if any eg graphics/animations)
(4) Production Management Fee
Shooting :
1 x shoot day (up to 10 hrs) $ 1,500
1/2 shoot day (up to 5 hrs) 70% of full day rate $ 1,050
1/3 shoot day (up to 3 hrs) 50% of full day rate $ 750
Includes 1 x director/cameraman plus camera/sound/interview lighting kits.
All travel (incl flights, airport transfers & accomodation) is charged additional when required on
shoot locations outside the Greater Auckland area. Mileage ex-Auckland at 77c/km.
Additionally a per-diem of $100/day for overnight stays ex-Auckland may be levied.
Editing @ $165/hr
Includes file transfers/ingesting footage/timeline setups, editing drafts, compressing, outputting/file delivery/uploading & archiving Hi-Res signed-off videos. (Render/upload setups are charged for, but not machine render time) Royalty-free music provided at no additional charge. Custom animated gfx are outsourced to third parties and quoted additionally.
Production Management - 20% of total budget
is charged to cover all time/resource inputs that are not directly shooting/editing/outputting video.
This covers pre-production resource eg emails, meetings, phone calls, location reccies, any consents and clearances, assistance via script consultancy, organisation of shoot/talent, liasing with any third part suppliers (eg camera/graphics), general post-production leading to sign-off. Also covers admin matters eg supplier setup/approval, accounts.
The production management levy is at the discretion of Bazzacam, and may be levied in full at 20%, or at 10% where less production management is required.

We come to your workplace:
1 x 1/2 day (4 hr) workshop for 10 participants,
with accompanying pre and post workshop notes
and access to online tutorial videos. $ 2,500
Training package as above, but with 3 weeks follow-up.
(incl incentivised 24 hr film fest, ongoing helpdesk, critiquing
and mentoring for participants) $ 5,500
All travel (incl flights and airport transfers) & accomodation, charged additional on
workshops run outside the Greater Auckland area. Mileage ex-Auckland at 77c/km.
A per-diem of $100/day for overnight stays ex-Auckland may be levied.
GST additional to all rates quoted.
Payment in full, due within 30 days or the 20th of the following month, upon delivery of invoice at pre-agreed part completion and/or full completion of outputs.
